Which pages are read and where people stop, so this site can be made better. Every form field is masked in a replay, so what you type is never in one.
Reading this browser’s setting…
Two things this switch does not govern, both described below: the note of your visit sent to our team, and RB2B’s identification of who is visiting. They run for every visitor.
Your name, work email, company, how many locations you run, what you are asking about, and any note you add.
The page you first landed on, the page the form was on, the site that referred you, and any campaign parameters or ad-click identifiers in the link you clicked. Your browser keeps the first page for the length of the visit.
When you arrive, one message tells our team the page you landed on, where you came from, any campaign in the link, your device and browser type, and — looked up from your IP address — your approximate city and the network you are on, which on an office connection is often your company.
Pages viewed, buttons clicked, and a replay of the page as you used it — with every form field masked, so what you typed is not in the recording.
RB2B, a visitor-identification service, reads your IP address, your device and browser type and cookies it sets, and matches them against records it already holds of people and companies in the United States. When it finds a match it tells us your name, job title, company, work email and LinkedIn profile — even if you never fill in a form.
Our server holds your IP address for a few minutes to stop one machine flooding the form, and your email for an hour to stop duplicates.
There is no other collection. This site has no account, no login and no database of its own — the only way your details reach us is a form you chose to fill in.
six companies, each doing one job on our instructions. RB2B brings records of its own to the job, which is how it does it; none of the others is free to use your details for their own purposes.
This site sets no advertising cookies. What it keeps in your browser is small and stays there: your cookie choice, which the panel above can change at any time. Unless you decline, PostHog sets its own cookie to recognise the same browser between visits. RB2B sets its own on every visit, and reads it on other sites that use it. Clearing your site data removes all of it, and the site works the same afterwards.
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — including the Slack message a form created, anything analytics recorded and any match RB2B made. Write to hello@kitebo.com and we will answer within thirty days. You do not need an account, a form, or a reason, and asking costs you nothing and changes nothing else.
We honour Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends that signal, we treat it as a no from the first page you open: you are not asked, and no analytics cookie or session replay runs. The note of your visit and the visitor identification described above still run; neither is analytics, and the note is not sold or shared.
This page is about the website. The books, documents and bank data inside the Kite product are covered by your customer agreement and the data protection terms attached to it, which say who may see your data, where it is held, and what happens to it when you leave. Ask hello@kitebo.com for the current list of the companies we use to run the service, and it will be sent to you.
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly start collecting something this page says we do not — if that day comes, the page says so before it happens.
